I think this is one of those things where... if we polled the American population... a majority would say they would never install a computer chip in their hands. I think history will show otherwise. Sure, why not? Dog breeders have been doing it for years and it's a great way to identify them if a pooch ever gets lost. In the UK they are already moving towards tracking the movement of every car through a nationwide system of cameras hooked up to a database. Also, what about choice?
