For AdWords we use Marek Prokop from H1 (http://www.h1.cz/en), he was first AdWords Qualified Professional in the Czech Republic and among first 100 in the world.

Are you asking AdWords vs. Overture, etc. or recommendation for companies that manager these for you? I have no experience with the latter, but for former, you’ve got to go after them all. Each has its strenghs and weaknesses and you need to know and exploit them.
