"What would you say to tons of training videos, a private Jim’s blog (where I don’t hold back….much , Private We Build Pages tools, online training manuals, and more?"

I say YES! And the sooner the better...

oh, I'd be game for a privatized seo or domaining tool, and a private Jim forum would be even better. More than half the knowledge I use today comes from Jim, so the more the better...

“privatize tool for subscription fee” = Exactly
“Private Jim Forum” - actually a blog and included with the above.
Plus training, videos, and more..and yes, monthly fee.

Yes sounds a good idea - we'd pay for that here. There isn't much material out there for our trainee-ninjas that I rate. I have a list of articles we make them read (dominated by your posts!) but something more structured would be very valuable.

Jim,

I'd be interested in your tools as I find your current ones great. Have you decided how much you will be charging and any sneak info on what type of tools?

I think most SEO bloggers have kind of blown their load when it comes to blogging stuff. I have turned my blog into a kind of off the cuff rant session.

Privatize tools, how about offering subscriptions for a fee?

Private Jim forum? That sounds interesting, not much is private anymore and there surely are lots of eyes.

I is good/bad to see that links are still what it is all about, I absolutely HATE link building.

Jim

sounds like you're feeling lucky... you could pretty much hire 50 more people from how this sounds... then you would also need a couple more managers to get back to "SEO work" :-)

See you at the Charity party Monday night!

cheers,christoph
